This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the products and personal injury or damages due to use or misuse.

Due to hygiene regulations applicable to intimate products, returns and refunds are not accepted once packaging has been opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects or DOA, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
